RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hollowway.shop. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

 

1. Returns:

Our return policy is within two weeks of receipt)

- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days to 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

- Items that are opened or used may be subject to a partial refund, depending on the condition of the item. Please contact us for further instructions before returning any opened or used items.

- We cannot accept returns of certain items, including perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards.

 

2. Exchanges:

- We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

 

3. Refunds:

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error in shipping or the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

 

5. How to Initiate a Return:

- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
